I’m Dr. Leah Taylor, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and PhD in Mind-Body Medicine. For over 15 years, I’ve helped people use mind-body and somatic approaches to reduce pain, ease symptoms, and feel more in control of their health and life.
Unlike traditional talk therapy that can keep you feeling stuck and frustrated, I use neuroscience and scientifically-validated somatic techniques combined with attuned empowering support to help you:

How it works
Step 1 — Schedule an Intake Session
We’ll dive into your history, symptoms, and goals so I can get a full picture of your needs. This first session also includes initial tools you can use to feel better right away.
Step 2 — Your Personalized Plan
Based on your intake, I’ll create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
Step 3 — Focused Therapy + Between Sessions Support
In sessions, you’ll learn practical mind-body tools designed for your healing process. Between sessions, I offer voice and text support so you can initiate change with confidence and keep momentum going.
Step 4 — Lasting Change
Because this work retrains your brain and nervous system, most clients notice meaningful shifts within weeks — and leave with tools and confidence that extends long after therapy ends. My goal is to get you to where you don’t need me or other specialists asap.
